Pros

Some of the best reasons included having a great boss who was sensitive to family obligations. Great hours with very little need or expectations for overtime. Always felt a sense of team work and collaboration when at work. CEO and upper management were in constant communication with the employees about new products being developed.

Cons

The AMEX did not have enough staying power to compete with larger exchanges.
