Pros

NYSE have kept up with market rates for their salaried staff. Most of the line managers allow an amount of flexible working so long as the job gets done.

Cons

A lot of change going on as the company evolves through buyouts and takeovers.

Pros

Good amount of annual leaves - especially if you've hit the 5-yr anniversary mark Compensation matches industry

Cons

Pathetic performance bonuses even if you're top performer ... Lots of insecurity after the ICE merger with NYSE. NYSE Technologies will be sold off
