      Great magnate of industry, innovative, revolutionary company of multiple divisions, ability to learn the industry across multiple facets of their businesses.

      Cons

      Politics, middle management constantly "failing up" Way too heavy on the DEI side of things, their top leaders spend all year travelling and shaking hands at conferences as opposed to being an influential leader within their divisions.
