Pros

Everything, incredibly supportive managers. Work-life balance, hard to imagine with workload and American work culture but you can push back if need be.

Cons

Nothing really but others may find it odd, as it's going through some management changes and you would end up in a team without your choice.

Specifically in Taxable NA Team Extremely poor work culture, especially in the Taxable NA team. Inefficient and unsupportive management. Excessive work pressure with unrealistic expectations. No flexibility in work hours or arrangements. Lack of adequate compensation and benefits. Very limited leave approval, even for genuine reasons. Minimal opportunities for professional growth, learning, or skill enhancement. Monotonous tasks with no scope for innovation or contribution beyond assigned duties.
