      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits, and nice offices. They have a full snack and coffee bar along with some of the most cutting edge technologies.

      Cons

      I work with idiots who think that they are incredible and impressive. They are neither. It seems like most of these people are washed up from working for trading houses or could not make it as an actual engineer.

      -People are great to work with -Everyone willing to help you learn -opportunities for team and solo work -lots of variation day to day -Management at all levels is good, friendly and encouraging

      Cons

      -Pay is better elsewhere for many roles -Being heavily reliant on US IT support is tough for London department -Some departments dont understand level of work required for other to accomodate requests, raises tensions occasionally
