Pros
Friendly people very welcoming. Many people have worked at the company for years and have moved their way up overtime. Flexible work and life balance. Lots of opportunities to work from home with manager approval.
Cons
The pay is not that competitive and the benefits are pretty standard. Lacks diversity in some departments. Learn as you go workstyle - sometimes the people in higher up positions have no idea of the full responsibilities of the lower positions.
