Pros
The whole team makes you including into activities and social events, they make sure that you feel supported if you get stuck, the work space is beautiful and the team is always having a laugh, the team and management really support you
Cons
I wouldn't say there is any really however I would like to see an option of working from home 1 day a week if possible
