      I have had a very positive 3 months. Highly organized, functional business systems to enable you to do your work efficiently Collaboration from home policy truly allows for flexibility Good team management, with proper delegation/ oversight Exciting and challenging projects which push beyond industry standard design

      Pros

      Everybody is very friendly and helpful, there are many sources provided for questions you may have, great environment and work-life balance, the company wants everyone to succeed and will do whatever it takes to get you there.

      Cons

      Although working from home can be nice at times, it can also be challenging due to the fact that you don't get consistent in-person interactions with coworkers if there are questions. Also, due to limited amount of coworkers the amount of work can get overwhelming, especially as deadlines approach.
