      No company is perfect, but Interfaces comes pretty close.

      Pros

      Business leaders invest in its own employees and likes to cultivate their leaders from within. When first starting, individuals are met with to create a tailored roadmap to help improve a person to become a well rounded engineer. The firm really does believe in a family environment and puts your well being above all else.

      Pros

      Interface has a great culture that fosters growth and employee recognition, management is transparent, great people, and a fun work environment with beer and kombucha on tap. The flexible work schedule (remote, half-day Fridays) is an added bonus.

      Cons

      Not all employees get company laptops.
