      Interface is an extremely progressive firm

      Pros

      Interface works on many exciting and progressive projects all over the world. Recently having added two new offices (Hawaii and Washington DC), prospects are looking extremely bright for IEI.

      Cons

      There is some inter-office struggling that I dont think a lot of people know about. But office are competing for the same jobs due to office size and close proximity.

      Pros

      Interface is a great place to get experience working on some very technical projects. Interface does a good job of providing a great work place and everyone is great to work with.

      Cons

      The work loads at Interface are not always realistic and i believe that the Principles and upper management should be planning out schedules and workloads for their people.
