Great people to work with. The best culture I have ever been around in a corporate setting. People were willing to collaborate across teams to get things done.

Pros

The best people work for Interface. We all stand behind our mission to do no harm to the planet in our manufacturing processes and we have fun doing it. There is a lot of support around work/life balance that is appreciated.

Cons

Movement in the company is tough. People do not leave so there are not many opportunities to move up.
