Pros

location of office and walk ability to lunch and public transportation. Compensation plan with health and 401k has always been very responsible for families. The flexibility on hours as far as when you come in and leave. Some worked from 6-3 other 7- 4 some 8-5, work life balance is great weekends are not needed

Cons

The saying a fish rots from the head down could not be a more accurate statement about a once great company. Quality managers and supervisors are leaving and have left because of the upper management that was brought in and the "new direction" of the company. Ted Haller was a hard CEO to work for but he was very fair, the new CEO Joel Strom is personally a nice man but a awful leader who has surrounded himself with a team that is doing nothing but driving the company down. They put out unrealistic goals for employees to reach in order to receive any kind of annual bonus. They make it especially hard to do when they don't give you the right tools to do the job or when they make promises for something that cannot be delivered and you loose customers because of it. No matter how hard you work in your department, go the extra mile everyday or if your supervisors think you do a great job and wants to promote you; HR does not encourage advancement.
