      Pros

      Exposure to diverse tech in short period of time.

      Cons

      Little to no training. Poor implementation of tier structure. Software tools are cheap and clunky. Highly Draconian management philosophy. Substandard pay. In process of migrating 125 jobs to India.

      Thank you for this review. I am sorry you had such a negative experience working in the Help Desk dept. We have since made many changes to the department which include a better training program, increased wages, and a M-F, 8-5 work schedule. This position can be very demanding and is not a fit for everyone. If you are still at Interface, I hope you are happier now than you were when you wrote this review.
