Over the last two years, we have established an in-house Talent Acquisition team and added over 150+ new positions to the organization, addressing historical staffing gaps. We recognize that with the current economic environment and minor impacts to several teams recently has left you uneasy. Regarding communications on changes from several months ago, all Department Heads communicated detailed organizational changes to their teams.
