Pros

Interfolio is an awesome place to work. I have held many roles here and I have been supported in my transitions to try out new roles, develop new skills, and grow within the role. We have an awesome company culture, not just the silly things (which we have too) like games, snacks, and happy hours, but a fun, energized company filled with co-workers that like one another, cheer each other on and celebrate each others wins!

Cons

Many people here it's their first job even if they've been here for 5+ years. So they don't know how other companies do things or bring other work experience to the table. However, it means everyone supports one another to try and fail and try again.

Pros

Great culture, super smart people, true believers. Growing and growing. This team is on a mission to positively inflect the $550 billion broken cost model in Higher Education. Between engineering, customer success, sales, scholar services, operations . . . . this group rows in the same boat. Great opportunities to take and run with responsibility. Couldn't be happier.

Cons

Sometimes we move too fast.

Pros

- Small company culture with a purposeful effort to get to know each other and celebrate successes - A working culture that relies on excellent cross-functional teams and individuals who excel at wearing many hats - PhDs on staff that drive the company towards a better understand of Higher Education, industry trends, and challenging the status quo. - Strategic decisions made in the interest of scholars and institutions; it's a tangible effort to be a customer-centric organization. - Flexibility to occasionally work remotely as needed - Professional Development and Health and Wellness credits

Cons

- Fast paced; you MUST stay organized and really be a self-starter. - Workload can be heavy; high expectations for full time employees. - Universities and scholars are a challenging group to work with; very demanding with very high expectations of the product and customer experiences.
