Pros

I left a very good job to start working with Interfolio and I have absolutely no regrets. The work is engaging and impactful, and the people are fun and passionate about what they do. It's at an interesting stage where company growth is rapid, but not uncontrolled. The leadership team is experienced in the education technology landscape and our roadmap is exciting, even to someone who hasn't been in the industry for very long.

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly, things do change, sometimes before everyone is prepared. But this always beats stagnation in my opinion.

Pros

Incredible product making a real impact in the lives of faculty and students, no vaporware, no false promises. Innovating every day in an underserved category. Leaders who have been there before, and don't make the same old start-up mistakes.

Cons

Colleges and universities talk the talk but still don't invest enough in their number one resource, their faculty. If they did, every single one would be using Interfolio. We'll continue to educate and press Provosts and Deans to to press forward.

Very well run company, innovative technology, management practices what they preach, commitment to culture and diversity, talented employees, great work environment. Thoughtful, responsible leadership.

Cons

Nothing of note. Every growing company deals with growing pains. Interfolio tries to deal with those growing pains responsibly.
