- Fast paced growing start-up company - Extremely collaborative - The best cross functional communication I've ever experience in a company - Great culture that fosters individual growth across every level, from entry level positions to senior management - Easy to have a voice regardless of position - Executives are 100% approachable and go out of their way to get to know each employee

Cons

- If you aren't comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting work done regardless of your position level (Exec, VP, Manager, etc.), then this is not the place for you.

The company has an atmosphere cultivated by some of the hardest working, dedicated, passionate, and truly kind people. They have a balance of hard work as well as fun company culture events like paint nite, trivia, going to a Nat's game together, etc. You can spend a lifetime looking for a company like this with people who truly care about each other, this team has built that culture since the beginning and has fiercely protected that feeling as the company continues to grow.
