Tremendous culture where people really care how the whole company performs, people take pride in their work, people actually try to help with each other. I have worked at various other companies and Interfolio truly has it figured out

Cons

Since it is a startup, there still are a lot of kinks being figured out. This can be cool because the company can be flexible and you can contribute, but it can be a downside sometimes as well

- Great happy, hardworking folks who truly enjoy what they are doing for Interfolio - Very employee friendly benefits and work environment

Cons

- As we grow we are getting more hierarchical and need to be careful to keep the open everyone is available to everyone small business feel.
