Pros

Many of the positives for working here come from being remote. The work life balance and flexibility is something I'd have a very hard time giving up. But that's not to say the office culture isn't fantastic as well. Interfolio tries to get all the remote workers to the office location every few months to see each other and discuss plans for future work. Everyone here is bright, helpful and fun to be around even outside the office. This is the most fun I've had with coworkers while getting high-quality work done. With any job there are frustrating days but the employees here all have an "all hands on deck" mindset that's really helpful in a pinch. As a small company thats growing, its very easy to have your voice heard and people are open to change. We're always improving on our workflow.

Cons

I can't say there are any real cons. It's still work and has its bad days but there is nothing from the work/life balance, culture or management that has made me want to leave Interfolio.

Pros

Interfolio has managed to build a team of people who love working there. This is the first place I've ever worked where I genuinely enjoy working with all of the other people in the company. The start-up culture is enthusiastic and forward-thinking, and there is a lot of opportunity for professional growth. The team leads encourage initiative and taking chances and you're free to explore new interests and build your skills. Whenever management has made a tough decision like letting someone go, they've been up front about their reasons and made it easy for the rest of the team to ask questions. I trust the leaders implicitly and have yet to see them make a choice I disagree with.

Cons

Interfolio is a growing start-up, so there are a lot of changes in team organization and pivots in the product design, so you have to be adaptable to keep up.
