- Management is strictly about numbers and nothing else... Adams lake sawmill used to be such a community orientated place to work. There used to be a community that lived right on the site. This community orientated values are what drove this mill to outperform the rest, and now that is all gone. We don't even have a Christmas party.
- Moral is terribly low, current manager trying to change this with 'round table meetings' although little to no action from employee inputs are being done.
- Under pay certain positions because its a non-union site.
- Because there is no union everyone backstabs each other to get up the ladder or make themselves look better. The culture is very cut-throat.
- Most employees not even getting full time hours anymore. Hard to make ends meet.
