Pros

I found Interim to be a great company to work for. I was new the CNA/PCA field. I was given several assignments in differing environments ( clinical, in-home,etc) that really helped me apply the skills I had learned while in school. The office managers were thoughtful and really tried to assign me clients that I personally would work well with.

Cons

I don't recall having any negative experiences or cons. However every company/position has its good and bad points. If you are thinking about working for this company I would defiantly recommend you give them a try.

Pros

Setting own schedule. Though, that's if you work part time no benefits. If you work full time with benefits, good luck having any sort of life.

Cons

Management loves to put down their nurses. No regard for people with families. No balance. If you let them they will work you all day every day from sun up to sun down.

Pros

I loved working in home health.

Cons

The people who work in the office for HR and PCSS are liars and are only in the business for the money.
