Pros

This used to be a great place to work. There was good company morale & staff worked well together. Now under corporate & new management and it has ruined what was great about this company. Pros are flexible scheduling. You schedule your existing patients and are assigned new patients where you say you have availability. Immediate supervisors are great. Co-workers stay connected and are willing to help each other.

Cons

Workers are miserable and un-happy and it has trickled down to patients. Work/life balance is non-existent. Documentation time takes up your evenings so forget time with family. Paid per visit so the hours you spend documenting each night are essentially unpaid. For any company trying to make money worker efficiency should be high on the list. High turnover in the office and field staff. Rules change constantly and are not communicated consistently to staff. Paychecks are always incorrect. Wages never change - hired ten years ago? Same pay as the day you were hired. Zero incentive to put up with the constant changes other than a “thank you”. Oh and a constant headache.

Pros

Bonuses, annual merit based raises

Cons

I could never shake the bad taste in my mouth of seeing the disparity between what executives communicate versus their actions.

Pros

Love to travel and love people

Cons

They give you a permanent clients and then you go to your client and there is someone else there. They forget to pay you for all your hours. They have no respect for you. They work CNA's as HHA's. They don't give you enough hours to pay your bills. If they send you to school they still only work you as a HHA
