Pros

Green Bay office scheduled enough time to work with the clients and maintain a high level of care for their clients in the 3 years I was with them. I don't believe another company in Green Bay could compete for quality care and staff showing up. They pay for your mileage and travel time in-between clients and schedule you a full shift or two partial shifts. No run around with 1 hour here and 1 hour there like CNAs in other home healthcare companies told me about. Not a perfect company but my clients would frequently not have staff show up from HomeInstead and ComfortKeepers with no notice. If Interim could not send someone there was advance notice given and it didn't happen often. Little things in the way they take care of their clients because you would expect that but it is not always the case in healthcare and Interim stayed on top of it while I was with them. Nurses and on-call were quick to respond to CNA calls. Would 100% recommend to take care of family and as a non-toxic workplace in the healthcare industry.

Cons

New scheduling system in 2017 has kinks that needed to be worked out. I don't know where they are at with it because I had a career change.

A true statement

Pros

Once was a great company working together to serve our community, when they change directors, the company started going down hill.

Cons

No confidentiality, no professionalism, clients wasn't provided services, director did not not know how to address problems, aides were treated any poorly, staff didn't know how to talk to aids or the clients if the was being difficult. Corporate office did not address problems and issues that arose with the client and the aides. It was only one staff member you can go to when you have problems and she would make sure they were solved. When she resigned most of the aids did too. Also no benefits, or aides recognition.

Great hours, bad communication

Pros

Work as many hours as you want, cash advances twice a week if needed, could wear street clothes, or scrubs, tattoos and piercings are not an issue

Cons

Very bad communication between staff and what they need from the employees, and also bad communication to the client if changes had to be made in the schedule for the day
