Pros

This one is difficult beyond the clients and the families most of them are a pleasure. it is a typical home nursing style work, every home is different. some flexibility in which clients you work.

Cons

low pay, always working overtime, no ability for time off because no backup or relief workers, Paid time off allotment is ridiculous (2 days is a joke, 5 is maxed out), no medical benefits, not competitive with competition, any of them but especially Bayada.
