Pros

Paid weekly, direct deposit offered, ability to make own schedule. Working in different environments with different people.

Cons

Contacted by management constantly to pick up clients, even in the middle of the night. They would act like it was an emergency situation but never was. On call employees completely incompetent, no benefits of any kind at this job other than caring for others. Terrible pay, never paid overtime until a law in ca was just passed forcing them too.
