Tough industry, good leadership

Pros

The team cares, they try to make the best out of tough situations when they arise.

Cons

Gives that frat energy, lacks diversity of thought, ethnicity, and age. Hard to make a recruiter position last longterm without somehow becoming a manager or moving into sales.

Pros

Good Work Environment, Fun Employee outings, I enjoyed that pretty much everyone I worked with was the same age.

Cons

Micromanagers, Unrealistic Metrics, Definitely showed lots of favoritism, extremely competitive environment! If you want to go home stressed everyday, this is the job for you.
