Not as flexible as it seems

- Accepted with no prior job experience; good way to kickstart career - Coworkers are very helpful and patient

Cons

- low compensation - low commission structure. VERY difficult to get good commission checks - daily activity matters a lot more than in other industries/agencies - not very flexible on onsite policy - High turnover rate
