Interesting field - aviation. Opportunity for growth and development if you have initiative. Close support and encouragement from management. No cutting costs on hardware or software - what you need is what you get. Ability to try new things and learn by doing.

Cons

Interdependence on other team members - if someone slacks off it will effect your performance.

- A lot of support from the team - Opportunities to enhance skillset - Small team which means working closely with the core team - Aviation industry which is pretty hard to get into! - English speaking, multi-cultural company - The CEO is great

Cons

No cons I can think of! I'd still be working there if I didn't relocate back to my home country
