Pros
Near home/ I enjoy troubleshooting/ excellent pay for area. I P is the mill third owner since I have been employed here . IP has truly invested $120 million plus. The mill is finally take steps in the right direction. 😀😄
Cons
Lower management doesn't seem to reward hard worker, they'll just stack it on you, while excuse maker keep making excuses!!
