      Great company for college grads

      Pros

      They have a really competitive pay especially if you are in Memphis where the cost of living is so low. Raises every year. Managers who want to see you grow with the company. Memphis is a great city for new grads and the campus is a nice place to work.

      Cons

      Very old school. Not much vacation early on and you really have to earn your seat at the table. I think this is causing young talent to run fast. But if you sit and wait your turn it can pay off.

      Pros

      Great pay, no micro managing, great for self starters, little variation in the job duties, great team environment. Shift work if you're into it, allows for only working 15 days out of the month.

      Cons

      little variation of job duties, shift work is not for every one, repetitive motion and processes of production can be dull.

      Pros

      Management is fair with workload. Pay is good for first job in the field. Have a great network linking you with other new hires, interns and as many people as possible. Overall great environment to work in.

      Cons

      First couple steps up the ladder seem more about putting your time in than actively excelling. Some people tend to work less hours frequently and not receive any punishment. Teams tend to not immediately include you so you occasionally have to find your own work
