Pros
Well known and respected employer in Memphis. Great culture overall. Professional and friendly environment. Great leadership and career development program. Varies team to team, but in supply chain you have a lot of flexibility and work/ life balance. In general, most employees are quite happy and motivated. Standard benefits, no bonuses in supply chain.
Cons
It is definitely a corporate environment. This means, lots of meetings, lots of red tape, slow to react to market or implement change. Some bureaucracy and politics.
