      new people hiring they provide you food on overtime but never extra payment trying to bring new upgrades but useless upgrades

      Cons

      never upgrading machines or fix them properly bad working environment extreme heat nobody stick to guidelines and safety rules underpaid for the amount of work sudden calls for working overtimes not many days off
