Pros

Opportunities for career development and advancement and above market salaries. Great opportunities for employees serious about their careers and the success of the company.

Cons

Company headquartered in Memphis - not an ideal place to live for some and difficult for company to recruit talent from outside Memphis area. This can be a pro for good talent to negotiate better compensation packages.

Pros

Moderately good pay for the position Friendly coworkers

Cons

The way they do shift changes is awful. If you’ve been requesting a different shift for months, and some guy who has a week or month of seniority over you and just requests it the day before, he’s gonna get it, not you, because he has a bit more seniority over you. Paying for union and using their benefits is mandatory Attendance “point” system is awful for the first 90 days of probation. If you’re throwing up or even coughing up blood and need to call out for a few days, better start looking for a new job. A lot of “don’t ask? Won’t tell” mentality. You’re almost expected to ask all different kinds of questions because no one will tell you if you don’t ask. If you’re the new guy, you are literally the runt of your shift. If no one wants to do overtime, either you’ll have to do it or you’ll get a mark on your attendance.
