Pros
The company is very large, lots of mobility, well established, training was very good. Good compensation package. Employees are well compensated too. Mentoring program was there but mentors need to be trained. They stressed safety....this was very high point for me personally. They never did anything unsafe.
Cons
There was to many layers of managers. When something needed to be reviewed it took two layers of managers above you to get it done. When issues would be brought to the attention of managers it was never addressed it would always be a finger pointing game. It should have been lets work together get this problem fixed. Liked to play the blame game You could not review or rate upper management. Unprofessional upper managers. Upper management did not care why supervisor turnover was so high. It appeared that they were not interested High supervisor turnover..within a year 1/3 of my colleagues changed. While in meetings not treated with respect. Talked down to. Threats of termination is were often while in group meeting.
