      Trainings isn't the best. I've worked at Tesla and the training is vastly better. Shifts can change anytime so you will work 1 shift for 3 months and then they will change it. No notice from management when it comes to last minute shift changes. I was let go because they never let me know I had to come in the next day. They would day the shift would be posted. Sometimes the shift would not be dated correctly.

      decent pay for most of the jobs

      hot in summer and cold in winter. management says safety first but more like safety third. didn't want to pay shift premium and moved over time hrs. from Sunday to Monday so it was only straight time. boss talks down to you like your stupid.
