      Pros

      Pay and benefits, multiple career path options (by management choice), solid financial stability.

      Cons

      Redundant meetings with no results, slow decision making process. Engagement is lackluster, middle and upper level management do not engage employees. Managers are to worried about their next "opportunity" in making decisions, versus what's best for the future of the company. If your hired in from the outside it's very hard to progress in this organization.

      Pros

      The only good reason to work here is, there is no accountability for anything. You screw up, you get promoted, or laterally moved.

      Cons

      Give you more work with less resources. Rewards mediocre management with promotions. Weak management at the top. Have a focus on "Think the Customer", but completely forgets the folks that get the work done!
