Pros

Small teams are collaborative and supportive. Salary is good.

Cons

Work life balance is a challenge. Management is dealing with an ever changing landscape. Layoffs and work shift has created chaos. Many different processing systems do not work together. Expectations are exceedingly high. There is more daily work (due to inefficiencies) than hours, and even then management expects teams and individuals to work on other, less important projects. The CEO is less than truthful about the company's trajectory. Moreover, mill and converting facility closures aren't just 'tightening the belt'. They're shrinking daily.
