Pros
Executive Leadership has a great vision and great values. Company has the potential to be a really fantastic work environment if they manage their talent pool effectively.
Cons
Values and policies don't filter down to middle management (transparency, communication, and basic corporate policies). Need to start really looking at the impact of management. Middle management would benefit from more training in effectively managing and engaging their teams. Some managers are hired through networking but are not effective leaders.
