Business Outlook
Pros
A great place to get your foot in the door and rise to better opportunities in the future. The pay is high, work is simple, union takes good care of its people. Best of all, there is a sense of trust that you get from your superiors; very comfortable atmosphere.
Cons
Some mishandling of scheduling and logistics by management which causes rifts with hourly workers. Accountability is not always pointed to the appropriate party. Worst of all, the negativity by a majority of employees; at least half of the production workers are stuck in the past and refuse to think optimistically or progressively, creating a sour vibe that I would suggest new hires try to avoid. Make of it what you want, not what others tell you to.
