      Pros

      Understanding manager, great art and customer service team, Tuition reimbursement, 401k, 15 days pto, a few sick days, no weekends, paid over time, wellness program that helps save a LOT on health insurance, and the pay is good.

      Cons

      For me with an hour drive and young kids work/ life balance is NOT GOOD. Last minute orders needed the next day are a constant and communication between the smaller art department and the larger sister art department is an area of tension and in need of much improvement. An additional member of the smaller team making it 6 instead of 5 would help greatly. Easy fix that I'm sure will be applied in the future.
