Pros
IP is a fantastic company to work for. There's plenty of opportunity to succeed if you're willing to put forth the effort. Those who do good work are often recognized with opportunities for advancement. The pay is on par with the industry and high for those living in Memphis, which has an incredibly low cost of living.
Cons
Office politics can get in the way at the corporate office, but that can be said for any large corporation. Decision making can be a challenge, which causes unnecessary and frustrating delays in some circumstances.
