Pros

Benefits are above average and a wide variety of health plans are offered. Long Term Disability, Life Insurance and a good matching 401K is offered.

Cons

Just another warehousing logistics job. Managers are sub par along with mist of the labor field. Everyone seems to carry a chip on their soldiers and not thankful for what they have. At 20 bucks and hour for driving a truck and 18 for working in a warehouse the workers need to perform much better. Moving up in IP can be difficult unless you have a job which allows you to converse with many people.

Pros

There is fairly open communication from management about the company's direction. Employees are given feedback regularly about their performance. The company tries more than most to make employees feel appreciated.

Cons

The challenges presented by a dwindling stock price lead to unpopular management decisions. At times these decisions can seem heartless. One example would be the decision to close a profitable plant when changing the focus of the company. Instead of selling the plant to a competitor, the plant was closed and the hard-working employees who had been making profits for the company were left without jobs.

Pros

Travel opportunities. Many locations all over the US and abroad to work at. Job Security even in a rough economy for most places. Good pay for salaried folks, not sure about hourly? Wide variety of jobs, from manufacturing to sales to sitting in a cube

Cons

Too many bosses, to few workers in mos cases. If you get attached to a speciic location, there is alwasy a chance it could get shutdown. Have to try and maintain some ties with the corporate office. Sometimes the stupidest people dont get fired, they just get moved around to another departments.
