      Pros

      Great pay, benefits and profit sharing. There is definitely a sense that your opinion and experience are valued. This company believes in investing in itself and its employees.

      Cons

      There are always certain disadvantages associated with any industrial environment, breakdowns and having to work at less than convenient times are just a few. Other than the normal negative factors I can't really think of anything bad about working for this company.

      Working on old hardware Fixed positions for internal recruitment interviews (new positions) Very poor salary, negotiate all you can when being employed, the raises are almost nonexistant Very corporate feel to the company, procedures, procedures and more procedures.
