      Pros

      Nothing at all! Years ago this was considered a good company but not now!! Worst management in history!!!

      Cons

      No good raises 12 hr shifts Bad management Worst Union!! I would not join , you will be wasting money!! Huge turnover mainly because of management , not the money. No room for advancements, they make it hard to transfer to different departments

      Pros

      Can't speak for other locations but the mill I work at is pretty decent place to work. Good pay, benefits, lots of time off, and after Jan 1st no longer testing for THC on random drug test.

      Cons

      Managers can be very hive minded and ignore advice of operations.

      Pros

      Great D&I opportunities- there are several Employee Networking Circles and formal leadership positions within these groups. Every March you are typically given a percent increase based on your performance.

      Cons

      Many companies offer better health insurance- Cigna is used at IP. The pay is no longer competitive- I have been at the company 4 years.
