Pros

Good benefits and some of the people were wonderful to work with

Cons

dysfunctional and toxic organizational culture at IRC in Georgia Florida; disengaged executive leadership and management in Atlanta who don't understand the realities on the ground in Tallahassee; IRC's ethics investigations, which are meant to uphold integrity, in practice are used for political maneuvers; senior leadership lacks respect for program staff and their voices; senior leadership's disregard for how organizational dysfunction negatively impacts client outcomes

Pros

IRC's culture caters to some, and the mission is evidence-based. I've experienced salary growth and promotions every year I've worked here. The organization favors proactive employees.

Cons

You can get lost in the size of the organization.
