Pros

It's humanitarian organisation, it has an excellent environment to work in and your career bath is clear if you passed one year and you will able to learn and improve your skills via the website learning package

Cons

The employment contracts are shorter than private sector and the salaries is lower than private sector and you feel like unstable due of short contracts and the last thing they changes country director almost each three months

Pros

The message this NGO works towards is a wonderful one and the people working there are genuinely trying to make a change which is refreshing and inspiring.

Cons

The job does have some rigidity and the amount of change that can be done is limited by external factors that may interfere with a lot of ideas and implementations.
