Excellent Internship with Inspiring Coworkers

The combination of hands-on work with refugee clients and the fascinating group of coworkers made this an exciting, diverse internship.

Cons

The IRC relies heavily upon unpaid interns as a result of being largely under-funded, which leads to some awkward encounters. For instance, when interns were the ones to notify staff members of overdue tasks.
