Pros

Great mission, great people, always amazed by my colleagues and learning from them. As a result of working at the IRC I am better at my job.

Cons

Low pay scale for the industry standards, especially in NYC, and poor work-life balance. Expectation to work nights and weekends as necessary. Terrible work space with very limited flexibility.
