      If you don’t have a life and like to work a lot of OT this is the place. Suppose to work a 4 day work week. That’s not true at all

      Pros

      Nice work environment/building Friendly coworkers Good compensation, good bonus. Just small enough to really work cross-functionally and have meaningful impact in multiple areas Benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Terrible management, at every level of management. Something about it is systemic, when people become managers you see the change. It can be a little demoralizing because people seem confined to the mediocracy

      Pros

      The mission to design the best commercial vehicles in North America was fun and inspiring. The Advanced Technology Center in Elmendorf was a super clean office and the entire campus had world class testing facilities. The number of folks working there wasn't too many so it was nice to get to know everyone. Working on commercial vehicles was refreshing from passenger vehicles.

      Cons

      The location was a bit out of San Antonio but there was not a lot of traffic in that area.
