      There will be lot's of opportunities to move up in the near future.

      Cons

      The state of the company financially right now is creating a lot of negativity, but hopefully this will turn around soon. Which I believe it will now that we have launched our Medium duty SCR trucks.

      Pros

      A lot of opportunities within the company in multiple areas and disciplines. I was able to use all of my skills and talents to bear on issues and problems that arose.

      Cons

      At this time the management needs to get a handle on spending that is causing losses every quarter. You cannot lose over $900 million and stay in business.

      People are undervalued for example employees were not considered, when in an effort to reduce cost the thermostat was turn down to 65 degrees when temperatures plummeted outside
